As a recent widow who occasionally needs the expertise of a skilled tradesman/woman, I am often apprehensive about not receiving honest and fair estimates. From my first call to Doug, at which I received a quick return call, I trusted his word. He came to my home at exactly the time scheduled and evaluated the repair job (new kick plate at front door and fix storm door that was not fully closing due to rotted wood on frame). Doug could have said I needed a whole new storm door, which may be in the near future, but he also offered a more reasonably priced repair. The work was completed at the time scheduled and a picture was sent to my cell phone when Doug was finished. Cleanup was remarkable! My kick plate and storm door repair look amazing.
